The evaluation will be made and contract be awarded in lot by lot basis.
4. Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 1995, revised January and August 1996, September 1997 and January 1999. It is open to all bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Guidelines that meet the following minimum qualification criteria: · During the past two years, the bidder must have completed at least one successful contract with supplying furniture and Commodities equipment similar and of a comparable scale with the characteristic and technical specifications provided in the Technical Specification Section of this Bidding Document for respective lot. · Lot I: The bidders should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least US$ 400,000 equivalent for one of the last two years. · Lot II: The bidders should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least US$ 760,000 equivalent for one of the last two years. · Lot III: The bidders should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least US$ 650,000 equivalent for one of the last two years. · Lot IV: The bidders should demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least US$ 140,000 equivalent for one of the last two years.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Coordination Unit of Social Services Delivery Project, and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 0830 to 1600 hours, Monday through Tuesday and from 0830 to 1400 hours on Friday.
